Trade Program FAQs
Order
There is no minimum order requirement for trade members. Whether you are specifying a single rug for a residential project or furnishing an entire property, you receive the same dedicated service and trade pricing.
Yes. Trade members can place orders for client projects, and we can ship directly to your client's address. Your trade pricing remains confidential, and we can include branded packing materials with your firm's name on request.
Trade members receive one trade price across all Rugberry collections. Once you sign in it shows beside the list price on every rug and is applied for you at checkout. Your trade price is confirmed when your studio is approved.
Custom sizing from our core collections is completed within one week. Fully bespoke designs carry lead times of 4 to 8 weeks depending on material and complexity. Trade members receive priority scheduling across all production queues.
Technical
We offer hand-tufted, hand-knotted, and handloom constructions across a wide range of natural fibres including New Zealand wool, botanical silk and jute.
Our Reserve range covers cashmere, alpaca, mohair, lincoln, llama and merino.

Yes. Every product in our collection includes a downloadable tear sheet with full specifications, dimensions, and material details. CAD-ready files and technical documentation are available to all trade members upon request.
We supply fire-retardant treatments and IMO-compliant materials as required for hospitality, marine, and aviation projects. Flammability test reports and material certification documentation are provided on a per-project basis to meet your procurement requirements.
Yes. We handle fire-retardant and IMO-compliant materials, custom sizing for non-standard spaces, high-traffic durability ratings, and full FF&E documentation including flammability test reports and material certification.
