Where do you deliver?

Rugberry delivers anywhere in India. Your rug is dispatched once it is finished, and the delivery cost is confirmed with you before it leaves.

How long does a rug take?

Every Rugberry rug is made to order. Hand tufted and handwoven rugs take 30 days, handloom rugs 35 days and hand knotted rugs 60 days, counted from the day your specification is confirmed. Delivery follows once the rug is finished.

Is there anything faster?

Yes. The Quick Custom Program takes 10 days. It is a set of designs we hold ready to cut and finish to your dimensions, so the making is already half done when you order.

Can I order a size or colour that is not listed?

Yes. Every Rugberry rug is made to measure, in any size, any shape and any colour. Send us the dimensions of the room, or a plan, a sketch or a photograph, and our design team will draw it to fit.

Do the prices include GST?

Prices shown on this store exclude GST. It is added at checkout.

Can I see a material before I order?

Yes. Swatches are INR 800 each, a 30 x 30 cm square of the actual rug, posted anywhere in India. The full value is credited against your rug order.

What are the rugs made of?

New Zealand wool, silk, jute and cashmere, depending on the design. Every rug page lists its exact composition and the technique it is made by.

How should I care for a Rugberry rug?

Vacuum regularly without a beater bar, turn the rug occasionally so it wears evenly, and use a professional cleaner rather than washing it at home.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?
